Preparation for the project (1)

I did several tests in order to document the state of my body and mind at the beginning of the 100 days. I will repeat those test in 100 days and some of them will be repeated more often.


I did an official fitness test that also shows my weight, fatpercentage and so on.

I demonstrate my stamina by showing what happens when I climb the stairs of my house:

And I demonstrate my strength by armwrestling with a strong guy in the streets of Amsterdam:
